How we create the home of your dreams

From your initial consultation to the design and construction, our team aims to deliver the most communicative and personalised experience possible.

Initial consultation

Your initial consultation gives us the information we need to go and create your plans and a general design aesthetic.

Design consultations

Over a course of up to three appointments, together we create a digital rendering of your project to perfect your plans and bring your vision to life.

Quote your project

We believe in transparency and the best price upfront. Once your renderings have been perfected our team gets to work quoting – this process can take up to 3 weeks.

Initial deposit

Full steam ahead!

Once your design is locked in, you are happy with your project rendering and quote – we will require a groundwork fee of $4000.

This fee helps us to get your plans drafted, your soil tested, and all the background permits and information we need to get your project started.

Plans & drafting

Your plans are sent to a draftsman to be further perfected and a full set of working drawings will be completed for you to approve once again.

Colour consultation

Now that you have approved your plans the fun part begins. You will be sent a ‘Pre-Selection Booklet’ which details all the selections you will need to make as well as the selections which we provide. This is your time to start the design process.

Shortly after our colour consultant will be in touch to book your appointment at our local colour selection studio. Once selections have been made and confirmed they are compiled into a final document for approval and any upgrades added into your quote.

Contract signing

Your contract is compiled and will be given to you for 48 hours before your signing appointment. This contract includes your full set of working drawings, your colour selection, copies of permits etc.

This will be your build bible.


Fortnightly ‘Project Updates’ – your dedicated customer service officer and supervisor will work together to provide you with a fortnightly update via email.

This ‘Project Update’ will include the fortnightly forecast of what is happening on site, general comments from the supervisor on the progress of your project as well as progress photos for your records.


And just like that, your project is completed! Your supervisor and customer service officer will meet you on site guide you through your handover process.
